My experience with Adams Express was exceptionally poor. Emails were ignored for days or even weeks, and repeated follow-ups were required to extract a response. It felt as though I was working for them, rather than the reverse. Not one of my questions was answered. They requested my phone number and said they wanted to speak with me, yet the call never happened.
After weeks of wasted time, [Name removed by Sirelo]—who was particularly unhelpful—eventually indicated that Adams was not interested in quoting for the move. Since she had not established the basic facts of the job, this raises serious concerns about how enquiries are selected: are decisions based on relevant details, or arbitrary and potentially discriminatory factors? Leaving customers waiting while apparently having no intention of engaging causes needless delays and is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend avoiding Adams Express. One star for communication; zero stars for customer service.

Adams Express were quick to respond. Baggagehub made lots of promises but kept not one! Caused untold stress, frustration, and had the audasity to keep my 50pds deposit, even though thay had no intention of keeping their verbal and written promises.
