Don't trust anything Alfa Quality Moving says in their quote! They half packed the boxes when picking everything up therefore it ocupied much more space which they used as an excuse to increase the price 50%!!! On top of this, the quote said it included 'Any costs that may apply: for parking permits, shuttle or external lift at destination' yet we were invoiced an additional 40% after delivery due to 'the shuttle that we used at destination – NO entrance for our big truck in the city center'!
